Med-Trans is a participating provider in the AirMedCare Network (AMCN), an alliance among Air Evac Lifeteam, Guardian Flight, Med-Trans Corporation and REACH. AMCN is America’s largest air ambulance membership network. Since 1985, we’ve been selling our memberships and have over 3 million members today. Our affiliate providers operate more than 350 aircraft (fixed wing and rotor) in over 320 locations in 38 states across the country.

• Membership is just $99 per year and covers your entire household, with discounted rates available to seniors over age 60.
• New memberships start 15 days after your completed application when payment is received; however, the waiting period may be waived for unforeseen events that occur during those 15 days.
